I absolutely loved this; I know some were surprised Jeremy never actually told his sister happy birthday in the episode but I think telling her like this was so lovely and genuine. He drew her a card and just placed it on her bed, knowing she would find it quietly, not at some party where she would be surrounded by strangers who probably didn’t care it was her birthday. He doesn’t even have to be there and you know that he cares so much; and she looks and she smiles towards his bedroom - so wonderfully played I thought.
